I am a compassionate person, whose purpose is to be in service. The way that looks to me is assisting the disadvantaged people in our communities. I am committed to USAdoptions' goal of matching each foster child with a loving family. I am also involved with building a community center, "The Village", in the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans and participating in the Renaissance of that community. I enjoy working with local artists in the Miami area, creating cultural awareness. I am in the process of creating a class, "Life skills, Culture and Leadership" for our challenged youth. My background and education in is Interior design, art and art history. My joy is incorporating my education with learning about people and humanities. I am currently certified in Leadership, Neurolinguistics programming and recently became a Quantum Coach. I am looking forward to using these skills in all area of life and teaching our teens and children that they all have a leader inside them. I have 16 year daughter, Justine, who is also committed to service. I have always wanted to adopt a child, and I am looking forward to mentoring teens that were never adopted out of the system.
Michele has volunteered her time since 2002 working with parents of at risk teens. As a Certified Relationship, Family, Performance & Leadership Coach, Michele has partnered with Resource Realizations working with Leaders from across the country in creating the results her clients’ desire in their personal and professional lives.
Michele also worked with a team of colleagues through Resource Realizations coaching Leadership groups which resulted in service projects that benefited victims of Katrina in New Orleans and the troops in Iraq. Additional certifications include; Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, Dream Coach & Inspiring Speaker.
For the past three years she has raised funds to provide scholarships.
Michele has been an adoptive parent for 25 years. She also has two biological children, 3 step children and 3 grandchildren and currently lives with her husband and 7 dogs in Rock Hill, SC.
Michele’s purpose is: “To believe and inspire myself and others so that I am a contribution making a difference in the world.”
Jeffery Meissner is the founder of JA Meissner, LLC, whose primary business is assisting Fortune 500 retail businesses implement software solutions for their supply chain. With over 12 years of running successful business ventures, Jeffery brings to USAdoption Solutions a wealth of knowledge to assist in long term growth strategies.
Over the last 2 years, he has worked with troubled teens by working as a volunteer and attending value based seminars. In addition he and his wife have provided support to their parents as they learned the skills necessary to create family’s that they envision. Jeffery is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Marketing and Information Systems. He lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife Lanie and has three teenage children.
John was born on Feb 25, 1953 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He moved to Columbia, SC with his Wife, Bev and his two children, Lisa and David.
John graduated in 1982 from the University of Waterloo in Canada with a BASc degree in Systems Design Engineering. He currently is a professional engineer and is working at Bose Corporation as a Production Supervisor in South Carolina.
John began his career working for Trane in Toronto in various technical sales and marketing capacities. He moved to South Carolina to take on the position of Vice President of Sales with Howden Buffalo.
While he loves engineering and business, his real passion is working with people. He is currently enrolled in a very challenging training program that will culminate in his becoming certified as a Performance Coach in June 2009. Over the past several years, John has discovered his purpose in life: to courageously use intelligence and creativity to inspire and empower others to stand in their excellence to make a difference in the world.
This purpose is leading John to pursue several business ventures based on his desire to support people around the world in their search for personal growth.
Reyne Rice is a seasoned toy industry professional and public speaker with nearly 30 years experience in marketing, researching and analyzing the toy industry and youth market. Reyne has developed products and solutions for the media, consumers, trade associations, retailers, manufacturers, and licensors. For the past 10 years, Reyne has been engaged as a Toy Trend Specialist, Consultant and Media Spokesperson, advising the media and the US Toy Industry Association (TIA) on youth trends within toys, games and entertainment. The TIA represents over 90% of the US toy and game manufacturers, and the major global entertainment studios.
Reyne worked at Mattel and Mattel International Divisions, for 13 years, as Director of Marketing and Product Development for Barbie and Disney Products, and at Today’s Kids where she was Director of Marketing and Product Development, for five years. She was a research analyst and industry spokesperson at the NPD Group, in the toys and entertainment industries for five years. She has consulted with dozens of small, mid-tier and Fortune 500 companies. She began her career at Ogilvy and Mather Advertising, working on the Mattel International account, after completing her graduate degree at the University of Copenhagen in International Business. A California native, she completed her Bachelor of Science degree at California State University at Northridge in Marketing and International Business.
Reyne chose to embark on a personal growth and development path about two years ago, along with her daughter and ex-husband to heal their relationships and empower themselves to become the best they could be, both individually, and as a family. Reyne will graduate as a Life Performance Coach in June 2009, after a year-long training program with Resource Realizations. While on this personal journey, Reyne met Carle and was impressed and inspired by his passion and desire to help foster children to find permanent and loving homes. As a Board member, Reyne will use her talents and connections to support the USAdoption Solutions organization. Her life purpose is to facilitate growth, empowerment and understanding for herself and others through supporting excellence, abundance, creativity and passion every day. Reyne currently resides in New York with her 17 year-old son, Sebastian and her 19 year-old daughter, Chloe.
